As Covid 19 and variants are no longer an unknown risk, we have made some changes to our Covid 19 Policy. It is the guests responsibility and a requirement when booking with Ski Cosy Ltd, to have adequate travel insurance cover before making a booking.
Cancellations due to Covid-19 If, between the date of your confirmed booking and scheduled arrival date at the accommodation, there is:
A Covid related closure of all mountain lifts on the French side of the PDS ski area; or
A blanket travel ban imposed by the French government or the country of residence of the group leader, which prevents travel to resort within the dates of your stay; or
A blanket requirement for all persons to self-isolate (quarantine) for a period of 3 days or more in the country of residence of the group leader, on return from France.
We will accept a cancellation by you and provide you with one of the following alternatives:
Move your booking to an available date next winter season – please note there may be an additional amount to pay if prices differ; or
A refund of 50% of the total amount paid for your booking.
If travel restrictions are announced during the guests stay and result in an early departure, Ski Cosy Ltd. will not issue a refund or credit note. We will supply the relevant documents if the guests wish to make a claim through their travel insurance provider.
Vaccinations Please note, if the government in your country of residence or France, say that you must be vaccinated to travel and you, or any members of your group do not meet this requirement and cancel your booking because of this, then we are not able to offer the above cancellation terms.
Testing Positive during your stay If any guest shows symptoms of or tests positive for Covid-19 during their stay and has to self isolate, Ski Cosy Ltd. does not accept liability or responsibility to provide accommodation beyond the dates of their reservation.
