During your stay
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Access to the Chalet: We understand the importance of a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. While we will endeavor to meet and greet you upon arrival, there may be instances when this is not feasible. In such cases, you will be provided with a keybox code the day before your scheduled arrival. Additionally, detailed instructions on how to reach the chalet will be communicated to you. These instructions can also be found on our website for your convenience. To ensure the safety of your chalet keys, we kindly ask all guests to use the keybox provided for secure storage. This practice helps avoid the risk of keys being lost while on the mountain, ensuring a hassle-free and secure stay. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information needed for a seamless check-in process, whether through a personal welcome or self-check-in. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
Hot Tub Rules: The hot tub rules are prominently displayed by the hot tub area. It is mandatory for all guests to read and understand these rules prior to using the hot tub. The rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users. Non-compliance may result in restricted access or other necessary actions to maintain a secure and pleasant environment. Infants and Small Children: We welcome infants and small children to our accommodations. For your convenience, additional equipment can be provided at no extra charge, including high chairs, cots, stair gates, booster seats, and pushchairs (subject to availability). Please inform us in advance of your requirements so that we can ensure these items are available during your stay. We aim to make your family's experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. End of Stay Clean: The end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the base price. However, we kindly request that guests before departure dispose of all black bin rubbish and recycling at the communal bins that are provided all around resort, and to leave the accommodation in a similar condition to how it was upon arrival. |
