Booking Terms - Essential Information
Minimum 4-Night Stay:
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for all bookings except for peak weeks that are minimum 7 days, Arrival/Departure either Saturday or Sunday.
Booking and Payment:
Upon booking, a deposit of 20% is due immediately. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full balance is due immediately. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
Infants and Small Children:
We welcome infants and small children to our accommodations. For your convenience, additional equipment can be provided at no extra charge, including high chairs, cots, stair gates, booster seats, and pushchairs (subject to availability). Please inform us in advance of your requirements so that we can ensure these items are available during your stay. We aim to make your family's experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
End of Stay Clean:
The end of stay cleaning service is included in the base price. However, we kindly request that guests dispose of all rubbish before departure and leave the accommodation in a similar condition to how it was upon arrival.
Linen and Towels:
Please note linen and towels are not provided in the base price, rental linen is available as an option during booking.
